Tactical Flashlight

Flashlights! Flashlights! Flashlights! Well we could talk and argue a lot about them right? But I am not here for that. There are tons of good flashlights out there in the market, some having extreme power but the construction is poor. Others will be less powerful but the construction is solid.

So which one do we get? Good? A few things to consider before purchasing one. What will you need for? Is it just for an EDC (everyday carry) or will you use it a lot more for hunting or maybe you just want a good overall flashlight to have with you on your overnights in the great outdoors.

I am sure that you are like me and have bought and own quite a few of them but now you are craving for something better.

Well I would suggest something like this 820 Lumens made by Klarus. For me it does all the jobs described below efficiently. For those of you who like a tactical look and feel it has that too.

On my last trip to Haiti we had one of them and being that Haiti has not much electricity it was a Godsend for sure. This 820 lumens done its job and the strobe on this thing will blind anyone who would attack you. The grip and the edge of this flashlight would’ve been also a good weapon for defensive purposes. It just felt good to have it, just in case.

The batteries last quite a long time and the functions on it are very simple to use. Let me give you a little description of it:

So for me anyway it is an overall rock solid, effective and to the point kind of a flashlight. I know it is a little expensive but worth all the pennies invested. I give this flashlight a 9/10.

Hope this was a little helpful for you! Appreciate the interest and time you take to read these blogs.
