African Beef Recipe
2 ½ lb beef cube
2 big onions (finely chopped)
1 green bell pepper or any color you want (chopped)
1 small can tomato cream or 1 can tomato soup
2 stalks celery (finely chopped)
28 oz spicy diced tomatoes
10 oz mushroom (optional) I like it better without
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp ground pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup vinegar
1 clove garlic (minced)
Brown the beef. Add the remaining ingredients. Cover & bake at 350°F for 3 hours.
Note: If the sauce is too thick just add a little bit of water.
It can be served on rice/noodles/or with mashed potatoes.
