  1. This website is a brilliant idea and these are beautiful knives, especially the custom made ones…thank you for making a website where i can get more wisdom and knowledge about bushcraft and being in the good old outdoors, God bless you.

  2. Great Job on the site!
How do you find the ULU? Love to see how you put this to use.

Thanks for all the time you put into the videos and now this site. I appreciate the knowledge you share and respect you show to your viewers. Been subbed for about 6 months now and watch the channel almost nightly (going through old videos). Thanks again.

    1. Hi Jossy, thanks for the support and for checking out the site. I just received my ULU last Christmas and I’m still getting the hang of it. It works great so far and I like the round edges how it easily cuts back and forth. I will provide a link beside where you could buy it. We will surely post some videos in the future. Thanks again.

  3. congratulations on your fantastic new site, you two.i will keep watching here as well as you tube.
    best wishes for the future.john.

  4. Nice knives. Good taste Josie, I have also chosen the Helle Odel. A very sharp, durable and nice knife.

    1. Thank you 🙂 I just love that knife! I agree with with you. I like the that it’s lightweight and has a perfect grip for my hands.

  5. Wow that is wide range of knifes. The web is really nice, have not look it all but getting there)I have the Hultafors, but the stainless steel(blue handle),and the one had trekker by Victorinox but could not find the plane edge, and mine is serrated edge,it’s not to bad for a second knife, great blades.Regards.

    1. Thank you for checking the knives out. My Hultafors was given to me by a friend. They are tough knives for sure! I also use the one handed trekker as a backup knife. I guess all knives are useful when needed. Thank you for your comment.

  6. Some lovely knives there guys, I love the primitive knife. Do you know what the handle is made of? Thanks for a great site and resource, keep up the good work.

  7. Mike and Josie…my wife and I have enjoyed watching, I think, all your videos. You’ve given me a lot of new ideas, but most of all inspired me to get my family and myself back into God’s nature and the great outdoors. Keep up the good work and keep the videos coming. We enjoy watching them.

  8. GREAT START!… GOOD information and subjects…
Excellent selection of ‘sharp and pointy’ things… and it’s nice to see someone use their selection…
Again – ALL THE VERY BEST!

  9. Wow, that is a great collection of knifes. I really love the handle of your mini Puukko. Great website btw and thanks for sharing.

    1. Thanks Louis, appreciate you looking into it. The handle is a mixture of wood and antler, the knife is really small and I use it as my letter opener & other small cutting tasks. Thanks for commenting.

  10. I loved your white handled knives so I made one for myself with o1 tool steel and white Corian for the scales. You guys have been such an inspiration and have so much knowledge and experience in The Bushcraft Arts. Thank you so much and keep up the great videos

  11. Mike,

You did a video about the Ka-Bar USN Mark 1 a while back. I purchased one after your review and it has served me well in the bush. I was surprised it was not listed in the knife section. Something tells me you have many more than you could publish!!!!! Great job on the site, sent the link to all my friends!!!

    Tim

    1. Thanks Tim, appreciate the shout-out. I wish that was the reason of having many more knives to publish. 🙂 Sadly, that’s all I got for now. The Ka-Bar is certainly a great knife but someone needed it more than I did so it’s not in my possession anymore. Someday I will get another one for sure. I really appreciate your trust and continued support, thank you.

  12. Wow. That is an impressive collection. The quality of the photographs are equally impressive. Congratulations on the success of the new website. Both of you do an excellent job. Take Care & God Bless.

  13. Mike, what is the knife you use most of the time and carry sideways? Where can I get one like it with the sideways sheath?

      1. I am looking for that site on FaceBook that has the Maple House Bushcraft Knives.
Could you please repost it again, So I may get to it and see the knives???
        Thanks!!!

  14. Hi Mike :
I’m trying to find out what one of the knives is I’ve seen you use. It’s a huge knife and I seen you chopping limbs off trees with it. You mentioned it was a Condor somethingorother. I couldn’t understand what you said. I went to the Condor website and couldn’t find it.
Thanks if you can tell me.
    Steve
